President - Anne M. Wilkins

In February of 2010, after three years of conversation and cups of tea together,  I joined Anderson Wealth Management, an independent wealth advisory firm headed by Gillian Anderson - a former past president of EWN. In addition to helping women and their families prepare for their financial future as an Investment Adviser with Anderson Wealth Management, I recently launched SmartWomen, SeriousMoney, a company providing personal empowerment workshops and 1:1 coaching on money topics for women.

My business career began in the media industry where I held financial and strategic leadership positions in Fortune 500 and private equity companies.  After leaving “the corporate world”, I gained certification as an Executive Coach and built a small practice called Evergreen Advisory.  I then transitioned to personal financial planning and was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in Westport, CT where I earned both Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Certified Financial Planner certifications.  Wanting to deliver a more comprehensive and thoughtful financial planning experience for clients, I made the decision to establish myself as an independent advisor in 2010.

Currently, I serve the community as President of EWN, a position I have held since January of 2010. I am also the Fairfield County Chapter Coordinator for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education.  I live in Norwalk with my husband Michael Case and Dixie, Cooper & Kitty – our 3 rescues (2 dogs and a cat).

Treasurer - Laima Abbas

Laima Abbas, Treasurer of EWN (2009-2012) and  owner of Oak Street Bookkeeping LLC. Laima started her business in 2007 after gaining over 15 years of business management experience. Since starting Oak Street Bookkeeping LLC she had great success offering a wide array of bookkeeping services, with growing expertise in historical data writes up, start up business set up and personalized one-on-one QuickBooks training.  

Oak Street Bookkeeping LLC   helps small business owner to compile years’ worth of records, tracking progress and getting records tax season ready. Being insightful small business owner herself and working with entrepreneurs in various industries, Laima is a distinctive bookkeeper who becomes your sounding board in business management and financial accounting. The focus in working with entrepreneurs always remains the same: tracking the earnings and expenses to help you the business owner make helpful and sound business decisions.  Imagine getting real and taking control over your business future. Having a good bookkeeping system in place is a first step.

Secretary - Debbie DiBella

My mission is working with my clients to “Have the Home they Truly Want”. 
So many clients search endlessly, save pictures, buy “stuff”, attend Open Houses, inhabit places, and never actually realize what it is that makes a house their HOME.With 20 years of business experience and a passion for creating a place you love coming home to, I launched my own Interior Design Firm and joined William Raveis Real Estate.   Since then, I have successfully built my own business helping my clients to buy, sell, redesign, redecorate, and/or refresh their houses with purpose to create the Home they truly want.

My business career began in consumer products where I held senior marketing, brand management, and strategic leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies, Management Consulting, and on Wall Street.  Turning my focus homeward, I earned a Certification in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design, a CT Real Estate License, and launched my own firm Vision, Color & Light Interior Design.  

I serve as Secretary of the Board of EWN, a position I have held since August 2011. I am also active in raising money for Breast Cancer Research, and anything to do with Home and Design.

Program Committee Chair - Mindy Kannon

Mindy Kannon is a Holistic Digestive Health Coach and a Natural Foods Personal Chef. She is passionate about food and health. She is dedicated to helping her clients create a healthy, delicious and fun life! She offers private and small group coaching, teleseminars, a gluten-free members-only club, private cooking classes and healthy cooking parties.

She has a BA from Pennsylvania State University in Social and Behavioral Sciences and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She studied nutrition coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She lives in Stamford with her husband Garson and German Shepherd dog, Maya!
